Information Processed on Behalf of Clients

As a Managed Service Provider, we may process data on behalf of our clients when delivering IT services. In these cases, our clients are the data controllers and we act as a data processor, handling information strictly according to contractual instructions.

Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) and Remote Access

We use secure Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) and remote access tools to support client systems. These tools are used for maintenance, troubleshooting, patching, security monitoring, and backup operations. RMM tools may collect device configuration data, system status, performance metrics, and security alerts. They are not used for continuous surveillance or accessing personal content except when required to resolve authorized support or security issues. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and logged. Clients are responsible for notifying their workforce of such tools where required by law.

Data Security

We employ industry-standard security measures including access controls, encryption where appropriate, monitoring, logging, and incident response procedures.

Data Retention

Information is retained only as long as necessary to provide services, meet contractual obligations, or comply with legal requirements and is securely deleted thereafter.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain uses of your personal information. Requests may be directed to us or, in certain cases, to the client organization.
